Valencia

The port city of Valencia lies on Spain’s southeastern coast and is known for its luscious beaches and a stunning, well designed looking place called Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias which shows off Valencia's love for arts and science.

The main football team is Valencia CF and there home ground is the lovely stand out Mastella. Also you have Villarreal CF situated in the north of Valencia who both again play in the same league the La Liga.

On to the weather, in the summer as you can imagine Valencia is a very popular holiday destination for tourists, as it certainly has the weather for it. Where it can in the summer reach well past the 30 degrees mark. Also in its downtime such as winter you would still be able to sit on the beach and catch some rays.

There are still plenty of things to do in Valencia apart from soaking up the rays of course, personally a bike ride around can be a good way of sight seeing and is also a popular way of getting around Valencia. Below are a few tourist attractions for you to see whilst spending time in Valencia

  • L'Oceanogràfic - an outstanding aquarium which includes sharks and dolphins.
  • La Lonja de la Seda - Valencia gothic style building
  • The Central Market of Valencia - A restored market in Valencia with over 1000 stalls to look at, a great way to sample new foods also.
