Granada

Granada is a city in southern Spain’s Andalusia region, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It's known for grand examples of medieval architecture dating to the Moorish occupation, especially the Alhambra.

My friend and I decided to get to Granada by coach from Malaga, the cost of this was only €18 possibly the Cheapest way of travelling there. When we were here in June of this year the weather was unbelievable touching 40 degrees with zero wind, safe to say it was overwhelming however that being said all shops had amazing air con to cool off if it got a bit too much.

The Alhambra is a stunning design and is definitely worth a visit when you are here, you cant go anywhere in Granada without hearing about it. The walk up to the Alhambra can be daunting its very steep and pretty high up so I would recommend plenty of water, take your time and take in the woodland that surrounds.
